Cancellation policy
Subject to our terms and conditions, you can change your travel dates or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. This also depends on the period of your intended stay.
- Up to 72 hours before the day of arrival, cancellations are free of charge. After that, 100% cancellation fees apply.
- More than 24 hours before arrival, you can change your booking once free of charge. Within 24 hours of arrival, a €25 change fee will be charged.
- For conferences and events, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply. You’ll find these conditions on your booking confirmation.
Conditions
These cancellation terms apply only to reservations made directly through our hotel (not through a booking agency).
These terms do not apply to (non-refundable) Last Minute Offers.
